These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and participation in Cosmic Body Level 1 (“the Course”) provided by Ellie Bergantino / Elunah Mystery School (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Course
Cosmic Body Level 1 is a 10-month training program introducing participants to a new modality and providing education, live sessions, practice, discussion and connection with the group.
The Course includes:
An intensive period of live calls from 17 November to 15 December 2026.
Further monthly live calls scheduled for March, April, May, July and August 2027.
One private 1:1 session with Ellie Bergantino, to be scheduled at a mutually suitable time during the 10-month Course period.
Access to an intimate group chat for discussion, connection and Course-related support.
A physical Cosmic Body book.
A Cosmic Body card deck.
Lifetime access to recordings of the Course's live sessions.
A Certificate of Completion offered at the end of the Course, subject to the requirements set out below.
The exact timing of live calls may be subject to reasonable changes. If a scheduled session needs to be changed, we will provide reasonable notice wherever possible.
2. Level 1 Scope and Permitted Practice
Cosmic Body Level 1 is a self-practice training only.
The purpose of Level 1 is to introduce you to the modality and teach you how to work with it on yourself.
By enrolling in Level 1, you agree that:
You may practise the modality on yourself.
You may use the Course teachings, book and card deck for your own personal learning, exploration and practice.
You may not practise, facilitate, administer or provide the Cosmic Body modality to another person as part of or as a result of completing Level 1.
You may not offer Cosmic Body sessions to clients, friends, family members, students, paying customers or members of the public after completing Level 1.
You may not advertise, represent yourself as, or hold yourself out as a practitioner of the Cosmic Body modality based solely on completion of Level 1.
Completion of Level 1 does not provide authorisation or certification to practise the modality on other people.
Any training or authorisation to practise the Cosmic Body modality on others is outside the scope of Level 1 and would require completion of any further level, training or requirements specified by Ellie Bergantino / Elunah Mystery School.
The fact that you receive a Certificate of Completion for Level 1 does not change these limitations. The certificate confirms completion of Level 1 training only and does not certify you to practise the modality on others.
These restrictions are an important part of the Level 1 training and apply during the Course and after completion of the Course.
Original symbols and teachings
The symbols contained within the Cosmic Body card deck, together with the associated teachings, methods, language and frameworks created by Ellie Bergantino / Elunah Mystery School, are original intellectual property.
Your enrolment gives you permission to use the card deck and associated teachings for your own personal Level 1 learning and self-practice.
It does not give you permission to teach, reproduce, adapt, distribute, commercialise or create training based on the Cosmic Body symbols, card deck or teachings.
You may not reproduce, copy, trace, digitally recreate, scan, photograph for redistribution, modify or commercially use the Cosmic Body symbols or card deck without prior written permission.
You may not create your own cards, courses, workshops, manuals, training programs or other products based substantially on the Cosmic Body symbols, card deck or Level 1 teachings without prior written permission.
3. Course Fee and Payment Options
The total Course fee is $444 AUD.
You may pay:
$444 AUD upfront, or
4 monthly payments of $111 AUD.
The 4 × $111 option is a payment plan for the full $444 Course fee. It is not a month-to-month subscription or an option to purchase individual months of the Course.
By selecting the payment plan, you agree to pay the full $444 Course fee according to the agreed payment schedule, subject to any applicable cancellation, refund or consumer rights under these Terms & Conditions and Australian law.
4. Course Materials and Access
Your Course materials include the physical book, card deck, live sessions, recordings and other materials made available as part of the Course.
You receive lifetime access to the recordings of the live Course sessions, unless access is terminated due to a serious or ongoing breach of these Terms & Conditions.
You may continue to use the recordings, book and card deck for your own personal learning and self-practice after the 10-month Course period has ended.
The physical book and card deck are provided for your individual use and are not to be reproduced, copied, resold or commercially distributed without our written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course content created or supplied by Ellie Bergantino / Elunah Mystery School remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Course recordings
Written materials
Teaching materials
Workbooks and other documents
Original frameworks and processes
Audio or visual materials
Other Course resources created by us
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to access and use these materials for your own learning and practice.
You may not:
Share your Course login or access with another person.
Upload or distribute Course recordings publicly or privately.
Copy, reproduce or redistribute Course materials for others.
Sell, sublicense or commercially distribute Course materials.
Use Course materials to create and sell a substantially similar training program without our written permission.
6. Group Space and Community
The Course includes access to a private group chat intended for discussion, connection, questions and community support.
Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries.
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten or discriminate against another participant.
Share another participant's private information without their permission.
Record or redistribute private group conversations without permission.
Use the group space for unsolicited advertising or promotion.
Present another participant's personal experiences or contributions outside the group without their permission.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the group space where their conduct is seriously disruptive, unsafe, abusive or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
7. 1:1 Session
Each participant receives one private 1:1 session with Ellie Bergantino during the 10-month Course period.
The session must be scheduled at a mutually suitable time.
If you need to reschedule your session, reasonable notice is expected. If you do not attend a scheduled session without reasonable notice, we may not be able to guarantee another session.
The 1:1 session forms part of the Level 1 training and does not provide separate authorisation to practise the modality on other people.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Our intention is to provide a clear and fair refund policy.
If you change your mind before the Course begins, you may request a partial refund, subject to the terms below.
The $111 component relating to the physical book and card deck is non-refundable to the extent permitted by law, as these physical materials are purchased/provided as part of your enrolment.
Any remaining eligible amount may be refunded before the Course start date, less any amount reasonably attributable to materials or services already supplied.
From 24 November 2026, no discretionary refunds will be available for payments already made or for the remaining Course fee, except where a refund, cancellation or other remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
If you believe there is a problem with the Course or services provided, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss the issue and any applicable remedy.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation where those rights cannot legally be excluded.
10. Nature of the Course and Results
Cosmic Body Level 1 is an educational and experiential training program.
We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, spiritual, emotional or other outcome from participating in the Course.
Your experience and results may vary depending on your individual circumstances, participation, practice and application of the material.
The Course is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice where such advice is required.
You remain responsible for determining whether participation in any particular practice, exercise or activity is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified professional advice where appropriate.
11. Participant Responsibility
You are responsible for your own participation in the Course and for making your own decisions about how you apply the material.
You agree to participate in the Course respectfully and to take reasonable responsibility for your own wellbeing during Course activities.
You also acknowledge and agree that Level 1 is for self-practice only and that you will not use the training to practise or provide the modality to another person.
12. Changes to the Course
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to Course content, session dates, delivery methods or other Course arrangements where necessary.
Where a significant change is required, we will communicate this to participants as reasonably practicable.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that participants continue to receive the substantial benefit of the Course they purchased.
13. Course Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded for the purpose of providing lifetime replay access to enrolled participants.
By participating in a live session, you acknowledge that you may appear in the recording.
If you have concerns about being recorded or appearing in a recording, please contact us before participating in the relevant session so that we can discuss reasonable arrangements.
Course recordings are provided for enrolled participants' personal use and must not be copied, distributed or publicly shared.
14. Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion is offered at the end of the Course.
The Certificate of Completion confirms completion of Cosmic Body Level 1 only.
It does not represent certification, accreditation or authorisation to practise the Cosmic Body modality on other people.
Any practitioner-level training or authorisation to work with others is separate from Level 1 and may require completion of further training or other requirements.
15. Privacy
We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and our applicable privacy practices.
Personal information provided to us in connection with the Course will be used for purposes reasonably connected with providing and administering the Course, including communication, enrolment, payments, Course delivery and participant support.
16. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate a participant's access to the Course or community spaces if they seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms & Conditions, including by sharing Course materials, distributing recordings, engaging in abusive behaviour or practising the Level 1 modality on another person.
Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from a participant's misuse of Course materials or failure to follow reasonable instructions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any dispute will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Australian law.

20. Acceptance
By purchasing Cosmic Body Level 1, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them, subject to your rights under applicable law.
You specifically acknowledge that Cosmic Body Level 1 is a self-practice training and does not authorise you to practise the modality on other people.
